The staff here are awesome. The members I dealt with, Yanne, Moe, Jessie, Gin, Rose and Rea, and all the other whose names I didn't get, and the staff that work behind the scenes, were just incredible and made our stay memorable. The staff worked hard to make our stay really memorable. Rooms were great, Clean. And the dining area is lovely. Oh, and craft beer on tap in the dining area - try the stout! I did, more than once.

Staff was superb. As soon as we arrived the staff greeted us with smiles. Friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent and there was hot water for the shower!!!!! Definitely a plus!! Breakfast can use a lot more options but it was sufficient enough to start the day. Definitely recommended.

Liked the ease of transportation from the Airport to Hotel. And the ability to join an island-hopping tour from the Hotel. The fire dancing and dinner were delicious and fun.

Located a bit out of city centre, but easy to get tricycle. Staff accommodating. Did not eat at restaurant. Enjoyed the pool area. They made arrangements for airport transfers and added it to our hotel bill which we could use our credit card

Very helpful and kind team. I rebooked the incorrect hotel while boarding a boat for a tour and they packed up my stuff because they couldn’t get a hold of me and all rooms were full. They went above exceptions and the hotel in general is very clean, good value with nice views. I’d recommend

However, as one of the best hotel in Coron, Palawan, they should provide a convenient way to get the area tours provided by the 3rd party for an option to use credit cards as form of payment instead of using cash for safety and convenience to every travellers around the world.

Hotel prerty and staff were great, but the food, particularly the breakfast, was extremely poor and undermined the rest of the Hotels standards. Just change the chef, there are far better out there.
