Appearance in the hotel is good. Service is not aligned with pricing. Breakfast starts at 0700, when asking if possible to have something 5 minutes before in order to get to airport, answer was that not possible. No willingness even to ask if it would have been ready like in many hotels it usually works. There is plenty of hotels in Rome!

Two night family stay in Rome

Location wasn’t too bad - 20+ min walk to main tourist attractions of Rome. Some restaurants in the immediate area but not a great deal of choice. Rooms were clean and well serviced but we did have to put up with some construction noise on our floor. Good breakfast but no water or ice available at any other time of the day. Rooftop bar was a lovely setting but quite expensive.

Pleasant experience staying at the guardian for 5 days. It was a bit far from the main attraction but close to termini station if we wanted to take the train but we choose to walk and explore the city. The continental breakfast was a plus and the roof top is cute.
