The property provides such a unique stay. The rooms were beautiful, the canal view made it so special, the proprietors were helpful and considerate. It was conveniently located in the heart of San Marco, easy walks to high end shopping as well as local shops, great restaurants small & large, and less than 10 minutes to Saint Mark's Square.

A lovely hotel, situated close enough to the centre to walk everywhere but in a quiet street, free of noise. The staff were welcoming and provided free snacks for us for the room during our stay.

Beautiful rooms tucked away behind an unassuming entrance in a quiet corner. Brilliant location for both transport options and walking to sights and shopping etc. Spotlessly clean and elegantly decorated, with lots of extras in room. Ca'Lavezzera Hotel is quaint and clean! It is out of the main tourist-traffic but at a walkable distance to the main square. The welcoming treats were a nice and unexpected touch. We were able to enjoy some local cookies we would not have otherwise. Brunella and Egidio did an excellent job communicating with us, and guided us as to how to apply for the Access Contribution exception as we were staying in the island and were already paying for the tourist tax. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Our stay at Ca'Lavezzera Hotel was great!
