The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to several subway stations and Tokyo Station. There is food in the area. The people are so kind and the checkin was easy. The breakfast was really delicious. The room is clean and comfortable. The bed is a little hard but not enough to be uncomfortable. You can log in to your Netflix on the TV. Its really convenient that they have laundry, microwave, and vending machines with soda & beer. The room is rather small, so its ok for a solo traveler or couple with 1 suitcase but if you have a lot of luggage i wouldn't recommend. Overall i really enjoyed staying here.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The lockers for luggage was a system I hadn’t experienced before but worked great. The room was more spacious than expected and according to reviews I had read. Everything was immaculate. The proximity to all transportation was wonderful. We walked out suitcases with ease to the Narita AirPort Express. I would pick this hotel again!

It’s been good. The only catch is the room is too small if you have a large luggage. You can’t even find space to open it. Great for overnight stay as it’s close to the Tokyo Station.

The location was great because if you are leaving for an early train it’s nice to just be at Tokyo station instead of riding transfers first. The selection of toiletries offered in the lobby for free was a great plus (grab a disposable wash cloth during your stay as here as not all hotels supply them). Lobby staff was very helpful and attentive.
