There were 2 beds one squeaked something terrible, one was okay. The one that squeaked had stains on sheets and was lumpy. We used just the one. We requested extra towels and they provided a set but we wanted 2 sets. The ceiling had water leak spots and sink was stained. It was okay BUT not a holiday inn. If they do maintenance it could be charming. We felt safe and opened our windows.

We've been to these cottages many times. It's always been quiet, clean and comfortable. This time however, the check in procedure is troublesome (it's always been a bit different, but this time it took awhile), the room had ants and other insects and dirty towels. There were people in the parking lot when we got there to check in around 6:00pm. We left and returned at 11 pm and they were still there. They weren't hurting anything, but it doesn't look the best for their business. We cancelled our next two bookings and are staying elsewhere.

There was a spider in the bathroom, the beds were very old and squeaky and the sheets were not changed and had multiple long hairs. Do NOT recommend.

This is our 4 th stay in 2 months. We love it here. The only thing we do not like is non of the tub stoppers work so it would great if a drain closer could be supplied.

Room wasn't cleaned from prior guests. No towels, toilet paper, full trash cans, beds weren't remade. Management said housekeeping couldn't get there till next day.

We had reservations in advance and upon arrival the property was very dimly lit and it was dark and very hard to see the cottage numbers. I was directed to cottage 61 and when I entered the cottage it was clear that it had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and the garbage can was overflowing. I was then directed to cottage 63 and upon entry the beds were unmade and again the bathroom was littered with dirty towels. I was then told someone would have to call me back. I sat in my car for 15 minutes waiting for someone to return my call. I was informed that the property did not have any CLEAN cottages and I was sent to a completely different property 15 minutes away. I would definitely not recommend these cottages to any travelers coming to the Lancaster area

This was a nightmare. I arrived after a 20 hour trip and at first it seemed ok. I went to brush my teeth and there was a trickle from the facet. Then as I was getting into bed, I noticed hair in the bed. I flipped a pillow over and it was filthy. I called and was given another room. I went to the bathroom and there was pee on and in the toilet. As I checked the bed, I noticed that these sheets were also dirty. I ended up sleeping on top of the covers with no pillow. I called and they offered no discount, but said they would give me one for future stays.
