The ocean view was great from the 6th floor and the room was clean and stocked. Snorkeling right off the property is great and somewhat addicting. The staff is friendly and hard hard working: Alex at the snack bar kept us fed and hydrated and was very available and attentive. Vicky, also at the snack bar has a great personality and treated us well. Rosendo and dinner is very professional and provides top notch service. I can't say enough about the entire staff as they are all very helpful and friendly. Areas for improvement was the pool as it had debri and was not kept clean during the day. The barking pets was something I could do without.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was nice, clean, and very relaxing. The staff was attentive and all very outgoing. The restaurants and bars with the all inclusive option were great with many fresh wonderful tasting options for us to choose from.
