posizione B&b ottima: centralissima e in bella zona. Stanza e bagno buoni, molto puliti e funzionali (la stanza anche carina ed accogliente). Peccato che non abbiano ancora l'ascensore: pur essendo la struttura al primo piano , la vecchia gradinata non è tra le più comode. Piccoli nei: 1) dopo le ore 18'00/18'30 non ci sono più gestori nel caso dovessi avere bisogno di qualsiasi cosa o informazione; 2) non si serve la colazione, danno comunque un voucher da spendere presso un bar a poca distanza. Rapporto qualità servizio/prezzo discreto.

C'è di meglio

Chiaia Roof si trova nella centrale via Chiaia, bella e tranquilla via di negozi a due passi da piazza del Plebiscito e Palazzo Reale. Purtroppo a sorpresa e del tutto arbitrariamente ci è stata assegnata una minuscola stanzetta con soppalco e comunicante con altra stanza occupata da coppia americana piuttosto allegra e rumorosa e quindi del tutto priva della normale e legittima privacy che ognuno si aspetta in strutture del genere. Piccola e scomoda scaletta per raggiungere il letto, nessun appoggio per valigie e bagno claustrofobico!! Colazione presso vicino bar.. anche no.. Per fortuna a Napoli c'è sempre il sole e merita a prescindere, perciò il tempo passato in camera è stato davvero poco

Nice place, great area.

This place is on Via Chiaia which is a main shopping street and thoroughfare, the street is really busy til quite late but isn't noticeable. You are right n the middle of everything near some main attractions and not far from the seafront. The place is quite a modern conversion and the room was very comfortable.

Piacevole we a Napoli

Siamo stati ospitati presso la nuova struttura in via Chiaia 205, appena aperta: la camera era molto confortevole, spaziosa e silenziosa nonostante l'affaccio sulla centralissima via. La struttura è molto comoda da raggiungere a piedi dalla metro Toledo. Personale molto disponibile, si è accolti dalla gentilissima Sabrina e dalle ottime sfogliatelle che vengono fatte trovare in camera! Assolutamente da consigliare!

B&B in pieno centro

Posizione centrale in una via a traffico limitato, situato in un vecchio palazzo. Il B&B è stato ricavato in un appartamento completamente ristrutturato con tutti i confort. Il personale è molto gentile. La camera aveva un piccolo terrazzino ricavato all’interno del palazzo e unico neo, nonostante si vedesse che era stata rimessa a nuovo, era l’odore di umidità e muffa. Un vero peccato!

Herziges Stadthotel mitten im Geschehen

Dadurch, dass das Hotel so zentral gelegen ist in einer Einkaufrsstrasse ist der Lärmpegel entsprechend hoch in der Nacht. Es ist jedoch super eingerichtet mit bequemen Betten, die Fenster schliessen empfiehlt sich für einen ungestörten Schlaf.

The lift is broken

The lift is broken-there are 2 sets of marble steps to climb to 1st floor. There is no overnight reception-more importantly they don't arrive until 10am in the morning and it's not clear how to check out without them. Breakfast is at cafe over the road with limited English (and sadly I have limited Italian). Room small and modern but problem with cleaning-half used toiletries in bathroom and dirty sheets. When I pointed this out they apologised, replaced these things whilst I was out and left a note offering free use of the minibar.

Buono ..ma la colazione !!

In perfetta posizione in centro,a due passi dalle maggiori attrazioni,il b&b si presenta in un' atrio del palazzo in fase di lavori di manutenzione..cmq all'entrata è molto curato e nuovo,tutto pulito. Alla ns camera non mancava nulla,solo un po' d'aria dalla finestra,visto che dava nell' androne..ma pazienza. Nel complesso lo consiglio sicuramente,a parte la colazione,da non fare xche è al bar di sotto,che se ti siedi fuori o prendi un cornetto diverso dalla normale brioche,te la fanno pagare un botto!!! Evitare proprio..
