Excellent place to stay! Very friendly and helpful and the room was wonderful. Would ask everyday if you want the room cleaned or more water or food (they provide some croissants / cake in a basket as a basic breakfast). Has great air conditioning as it was very hot towards the end of my stay. Location wise it is tucked down a quiet side street only moments away from the busier streets near the Spanish Steps but you would not know it! Lots of pretty restaurants just round the corner and a Venchi for superb gelato and chocolate! Highly recommend as a base for exploring Rome. You can get anywhere on foot or the Spagna metro is a few mins walk away which can take you to the colosseum or circus maximus in a matter of minutes. You can also leave your luggage there if your flight is not until later in the day which was very useful. I’d stay again if I am ever back in Rome.

We enjoyed our stay and would book again next time. This guesthouse is a hidden gem. The location is excellent, close to most attractions and on a very quiet street.The room was spacious and clean, had a fridge and a kettle. The guesthouse provided croissants every day. We found a small supermarket nearby. Marta was truly helpful and always available on Whatsapp. You can safely leave your luggage there. Marta's colleague, who cleaned our room, is a very honest man, he found and returned items we forgot in a drawer. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay close to the Spanish steps and within walking distance to so much. One little tip, once you book, check your email. We booked the day before and when we showed up to check in, the door was locked and no one was available to let us in. Turns out they email you and ask to send them a message through WhatsApp to get the door code. This was less than seamless, but we went down the alley and got lunch while we waited for them to respond to our message. Also, they ask you to pay the city tax in cash. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

It’s overrated. The place is well located and clean. The staff is amiable. But the room is very noisy : you can hear people talking in the room next door and other walking in the above floor. Everything is a bit old. Note that if you want to leave your luggage after check out that won’t be in a secure room but in the corridor of the guesthouse unattended. At the end of the stay you receive an email asking for feedback but reminding you that a grade below 9 will decrease their score… Overall clean and well located but clearly not worth the price.
