The hotel owner, Abdula, was genuinely one of the kindest men I’ve met in a long time. He was incredibly accommodating and helpful whenever my party and I had any issue. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was nice but unfortunately couldn’t use it because of the weather :( Would definitely come again!

The property was updated and only a few blocks from most attractions, Armon was amazing and kept the place quiet and free from just anyone coming onto the property. The pool was great and clean, the staff was always nice and checked daily if we needed any towels, soaps or anything else. will stay again next year.

Our check in took at least 15 minutes even though there was no one ahead of us. I’m hoping this was a new employee. It could get nasty during the busy season. After the check in experience, I was greatly surprised at the nice room accommodations. Bed was very comfortable.

I booked this hotel for 1 night only to arrive and find out that the hotel was CLOSED DOWN! Some guy walks up and tells me he's sending me to a different hotel that i looked at the reviews and they were awful! Bed bugs and all. I did not go to the 1 star hotel they tried to send me to and now they are refusing to refund my money saying they have a no refund policy?? what the?? THEY WERE CLOSED DOWN!!! I am now reporting this to the BBB. RUN DONT WALK away from this scam!!!! Only gave 1 star because i had to!!!

TERRIBLE!

I booked a one-night stay in Wildwood, NJ through Hotels.com with full intent to stay at the property. While en route, I called the front desk and was told that early check-in was available for $20 and that a room was ready. Based on that assurance, I proceeded to the hotel. However, when I arrived, the same staff member stated the room was not ready and changed the parking fee to $25. While discussing this change, another guest entered and expressed surprise at how we were being treated. The staff member then began arguing with both of us, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. I no longer felt safe staying at the property. My father, who was with me, also voiced concern about the lack of professionalism. I immediately contacted Hotels.com and explained that due to the behavior of the hotel staff, I no longer felt safe or welcomed and chose not to check in. Hotels.com made two attempts to resolve the issue, but the property refused a refund. I am requesting a chargeback for services not rendered. I did not stay at the hotel, did not receive the agreed-upon accommodations, and was met with a hostile environment. Given the circumstances, I believe a full refund is warranted.
