The good….great location, breakfast staff excellent….The bad…..road between hotel and lake under construction so no simple access to lake….should have been advised of this work. Hotel charged me extra cost when leaving hotel, reception staff unable to explain charge so advised me to email operations manager….i did this got no reply or acknowledge from the manager but just a refund back to my credit card after 3 days …..not great customer service.
