This is a great hotel if you wish to walk the old town area. Close to trams, a little grocery store and a money exchange place. Nice rooms, great breakfast, but No ice machine and no fridges, but they do have a/c in the rooms. You’ll need it in Olomouc in June-August.

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. First, I would like to compliment you on the beautiful renovation of the hotel; the updates are truly impressive and aesthetically pleasing.However, I wanted to bring a specific issue to your attention regarding the plumbing. The water flow in the WC is exceptionally loud. Because the walls are quite thin, the noise from the toilet flush is highly noticeable and became rather annoying during my stay.Adjusting or reducing the water flow rate could likely resolve this issue and significantly improve the comfort of the room. I hope this constructive feedback is helpful for future adjustments, as the hotel itself is lovely.

The hotel was good and room large. The breakfast was varied and plenty of it. The safe in the room didn’t work, and I reported it, and was told the technician would repair it- but never did. The room was too hot and the heating couldn’t be turned down. It had air conditioning but they did not give the controls out as it was winter. They said open the windows, which was fine, but the room faced a busy street so it was loud, and not possible when I wanted to sleep

Rommet hadde fungerende aircondition og lite kjøleskap/minibar. Eneste å utsette på rommet er dusjen - gamle rør (?) der temperaturen på vannet brått svinger! Skoldefare! Frokosten var bra, med kald og varm mat, men kaffeutvalget var for dårlig - espresso er ikke drikkbart. Ellers ligger hotellet sentralt til - offentlig kommunikasjon, buss og trikk, er et par minutter unna, og torgene det samme. For en grei pris og med stabil temperatur ut av dusjen, kan jeg sikkert booke dette hotellet igjen.
