10/10 Excellent

Great historical building in a great location. Very walkable to dining and pubs. Walked to the shores.

Great place to stay at with several convient locations to find some good food.

Charming Location, But Rooms Need a Refresh Your hotel is tucked away in a quaint, quiet area that made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The location was truly a highlight—convenient yet serene, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and cafes. While the setting was lovely, the rooms themselves could use a bit of extra TLC. They were functional, but some furnishings and fixtures felt dated and in need of an update. With a little attention to detail and some modern touches, the rooms could really elevate the overall experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the charming surroundings, but I’d love to see some investment in the rooms to match the potential of the location.
Marie, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

no elevator so beware if you have heavy suitcases. Basic rooms but clean and neat. Served us breakfast early so we could make a reservation for a ferry boat.

10/10 Excellent

I had a wonderful experience at Myles Creek Guesthouse, and will absolutely stay here again whenever I make my way back to Ireland. The staff’s hospitality from the guesthouse to the restaurant/bar made me feel welcome and safe. My room was quaint and clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had no issues with noise or check out. They really ensure their guests are happy and comfortable.

Randall, 1-night trip

Liked the fact that it is attached to a restaurant
Ron, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

It is conveniently located on Kilkee's main Street near small locally owned businesses, the local beach, and coastal hiking.
Mary, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Very basic accomadation luke warm water and no water preasure. Ate at the pub and the food was lovely and breaky great. staff all friendly enough. Lovely little town close to the beach would have loved to explore but snowing and freezing conditions kept us inside.

Amazing staff

Fantastic staff, who were very friendly and efficient. Basic accommodation which did the trick. Only downside was the poor wifi in the room a simple extender would solve. Overall great value

Great Value

For the price point it's the perfect place to stay. Great location, had everything we needed, plentiful breakfast, comfortable bed, nice staff. It's great value.
Tadhg, 2-night trip

Top Spot

Top spot with many places to enjoy the village for good food and drinks.
Gina, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

reasonable priced accommodation

The room was clean but old fashioned. The shower was effectively non functional. Reasonably priced accommodation. Breakfast was fair.
1-night trip

8/10 Good

Night Club next door is loud until 3 am. Staff was very friendly and whole place was very clean. Just an older building with hallway noise when people come and go. Awesome location for beach and hiking.
John, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

The property was quaint and unique and clean. It provided adequate quarters for travelling and a good breakfast. We were just there for a quick stop on the way to Dingle, but it is well situated to enjoy the town and waterfront on foot.
Laurie, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Good location and nice staff. The room for sleeping was ok, old furnishings but clean. However, our bathroom was not clean, the fittings and shower were outdated and damaged.
Caroline, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Everything was fine
Thorsten, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

This hotel is very plainly decorated. I was comfortable though. The location is outstanding. It’s on a block with several pubs and restaurants. I noticed it is quite popular with Irish people stay-vacationing at the sea in the west of Ireland.
susan, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

More like backpacking accommodation. Squeaky beds with just a duvet. Luke warm shower, people smoking on the floor we were on which made the place stink. Looked old and rundown from outside. It was the worst accommodation we have had in all of our Ireland trip
Tanya, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

The room was not cleaned up properly, dust on fixtures and sand on the floor
Pawel, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

No bathroom had to go outside the room for a showers
Kay, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

Our room was very tiny and facing the street, which at night got very noisy. Since there was no air conditioning we had to keep the window open for some fresh air so we had to put up with the street noise. Breakfast service was late and the food was just mediocre. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed.
Rita, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Noisy

If you are not in town to party (at least on the weekend) you don't want to stay here. You're basically inside the pub, so no chance of sleeping before 1:30 am. We had a game of golf scheduled for 10:00 and breakfast is not served until 09:00 (or actually later since it was not opened on time).
