The property is clean and quiet. Two rooms shared bathroom across the living area which doesn’t go well with me. There were no tv and iron provided but Patrick was nice, allowed me to use the dryer at the hallway to smoothen my clothes. Overall, It’s a nice place to stay for the price.

The instructions for getting to the house from the recommended public transport, was very vague and not useful. Road names to walk and follow were not included. There were a few small bedrooms in a basement. Continental breaskfast was fine and generous. Restaurants were a 15 min walk away.

Comfortable beds, everything very clean. Nice walk to neighborhood park. Owners helpfully responsive to questions. Airport shuttle seems like a free offering in the writeup but we were charged $26. Breakfast had coffee, tea, toast, hard boiled eggs & banana. Host was a clear communicator who offered few smiles and several reprimands - keep voice down, don't bring water in truck.

The room was pretty small but adequate. My only complaint was have to share a bathroom with another guest, that was very inconvenient. The listing said "private bathroom" which I took to mean, "not shared" I think they need to be a little more clear about that in the listing.

The owner asked for $200 deposit in cash. We had a long discussion and I called Expedia. It took about 1.5 discussion with the owner and Expedia. They finally forced us to give the $200 deposit to the owner. It ruined our night and cancelled our dinner planned with friend who waited for us very long and got frustrated. The bed not comfortable and my partner cannot sleep at all and cried on the second night This is an apartment with three rooms! No privacy. No auto control of heat inside the room, no heating in the common area. The room became too hot make me wake up to turn of the separate heater in the room. No breakfast, just coffee and tea to take on your own. No TV, no soundproof. Waste of Time and Money indeed. I reserved another hotel and moved out this terrible place. No refund issued by the landlord.
