The nose wasn't all issue, and we were directly above the Havana room. What was an issue, was customer service. We were locked out of the building on day 4, and my pleas for help were answered by AI, it took 4 hours to resolve the issue. When I reached out to them to discuss it, before leaving the review, again, AI and no resolution. The elevator is shared with the kitchen of the restaurant below and is full of gross,wet sticky juice all of the time. The hall was pulled in uncollected Amazon packages and the smell of mildew was almost sickening, the pictures of the common areas looked nothing like the hotel . The unit itself was fine, tho there was no tv in the bedroom and only about 10 inches between the foot of the bed and the wall, so beware if you use any kind of mobility device
