The entire stay was excellent. The host Carlos, at the front was incredible. He was so helpful. Besides checking us in quickly, he gave us helpful tips on things to do, history information, and even walked my family twice to two incredible restaurants. Over the top a great guy. As a matter of fact, the entire staff was wonderful. The ladies working in the kitchen, the maids were all wonderful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel!!!

We could not have picked a better location for our stay. Gringo Bill's was just a few steps off the main plaza but away from the crowds and foot traffic. It was very quiet at night. The staff were extremely helpful.

Hotel is very well positioned, staff is very friendly and we could have breakfast very early, before getting the bus to Machu Picchu. The only issue was the quality of the amenities. I've never seen a soap and a shampoo so awful that it'd be better not even using it.

Great, cute hotel with an incredibly comfortable king size bed. Very cozy. The only downside was a terrible sewer smell from the toilet occasionsaly , but that is a common thing in Cusco area, I guess.
Would definitely recommend.

We decided that the word "gringo" in the name of the hotel could indicate European quality service - and we were right! A wonderful buffet for breakfast, friendly staff, fresh towels and cleanliness - a pleasant addition to the good design and location.
Thank you, Bill & team!
