the check-in procedure went well. I was disappointed in learning that the hotel was out of complimentary water and the elevator was broken. The room was clean and quiet. I feel the quality of toilet paper and tissues is extremely low. I would think the amount that the chain purchases would more than make higher quality products more affordable.
