部屋が広々していてくつろげる、そして夕食は和食を選びましたが懐石スタイルでどれも素晴らしく美味しくて感動しました。 難点を強いて挙げればオートロックでないところ、施設内はそこまで充実はしてないけれども気になるレベルでは無かった

室外機の音が気になって寝れなかった。 ベッドが硬すぎました。 枕にも工夫お願いします。 部屋は広くてよかった。 スリッパが破れていたのは非常に残念でした。 もう少し気配りお願いします。

スタッフ皆さんにこやかで丁寧に接客してくださいましたが、残念だったことが数点あります。 ベランダの鍵が壊れたままになっていたこと。部屋のスリッパが左右揃っておらず、サイズもかなり大きく女性には合っていなかったこと。レストランや部屋の掃除がきちんとできていなかったことです。 個人の感想ですので、人によっては気にならないかもしれません。

家族旅行1泊素泊まりで利用しました。外観は見た目良いですが、ところどころ古さを感じます。内装は綺麗ですが、1階は若干臭いが気になりました。お風呂は大きくないですが、露天風呂、サウナ、水風呂もあり清潔でよかったです。

ヨーロッパ風の素敵な建物でした。ロビーも外の光をたくさん取り入れて明るく清潔感があふれています。ただ、廊下や部屋の壁、プール周りは少し手入れが行き届いていない感じがしてもったいない気もしました。 1番気に入ったのはスタッフです。世界のさまざまな宿泊施設に泊まってきましたが、こちらのスタッフたちは一流の高級ホテルレベルでした。フロント、ベルボーイ、レストランやカフェのサーバーなど施設のどこで会うスタッフも丁寧で親切で笑顔でした。世の中がコロナで騒がれている中、スタッフさんたちのおかげでとても高級感あるリラックスした時間を過ごすことができました。
