Great location - clean and functional

I stayed at the Doria with two friends - rooms are relatively small but are functional and clean. Hotel is relatively basic but the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient for the centre, but not right on top of the lively areas so we didn’t have any issues with noise. If you’re looking for a cost effective place to sleep in central Amsterdam I would recommend Doria.

It's an ok stay. The wall is very thin and the door to the staircase and rooms are always slammed very loudly. This may be guest's issue but if the hotel can find a way to such as installing soft closing device on doors, that would be great.
