The inn was in better shape than I'd expected and I was pleasantly surprised during our stay. Check-in was easy, rooms were clean, area was safe, beds were comfortable. I'm not sure what else to ask for in an overnight stay on our way to somewhere else. We'd stay there again.

This is an older hotel but it has been kept clean and up-to-date. There is Wi-Fi available and it is very convenient to any part of Denver City. The people are very friendly and kind and I felt safe and would definitely book a stay there again.

At the first look, this small drive-out motel looked a little sketchy. After I met the owners and went into my room, I was pleasantly amazed. My room was spotless and recently remodeled and was the equivalent of a much pricier motel. I found my stay there

A great stay in Denver City

Older hotel with upgrades. Bright outdoor lighting for security. Room was in good condition and clean. Bed comfort was excellent. A/C unit was more than adequately sized for the room.

Worst motel I have ever been to. I cant even describe it. Nasty!!!! It smelled SO terrible, everything was disgusting and old. Every wall was painted an odd dark ugly color. We had one very dark blue wall, one dark green wall, one lime green wall, one darker yellow wall. The yellow wall was SO DIRTY!!! The other walls were probably just as dirty but the paint was too dark to see all the grime. The floors turned our feet black. I doubt the floors had been cleaned this year and the toilet moved when you sat on it. I thought it was going to fall over. It was not secured to the floor. Obviously there was no shampoo/soap in the bathroom. Neither of us were willing to shower in that motel anyway. The parking lot was covered in trash and full of potholes. You have to stand outside at a window to check in. The women made me sign a document literally stating that there will be no refunds no matter what. That was before i saw the room of course. She was standing inside at a window with a small opening at the bottom. She had stuffed a towel in the opening. When she moved the towel there was dead bug laying there. She seemed annoyed that we were there. Anyway this motel seems like the kind of motel you would use for nefarious purposes fir an hourly rate, not for actual sleeping/showering.

Not Happy At All

I arrived around 10pm of Friday evening. Checking in was quick and easy. When I checked into my room, I looked for the password to the internet. I called the front desk get the password. Due to communication problems, I had to go and get the password, in person. Same lady that checked me in, got upset I asked for the password to be written down. The next night I came to my room around 11:30PM. People were having a party in the parking lot. At 1 AM I tried calling the front office. I used the landline in the room to call the front office. NO answer so I used my cell phone to call the motel. The same lady answered. I asked her if she could please tell the people partying in the parking lot, to stop. She asked me, "What can I do?". They partied till 2AM. Loud music can loud conversations.
