Rooms were updated and very clean. Conveniently located to everything in Sedona. By looking at the pictures you would have no idea this is more of a roadside motel right on the main rode that runs through Sedona. The traffic is constant from 6am to 11pm, generating lots of road noise that can be heard while in the room.

This is very well-situated in terms of being just off the center of the shopping - entirely walkable. The trade-off is there is some traffic noise, although quiet enough at night. Decent view of red rock bluffs although across the street. Notes: 1. room could use a comfy chair. 2. office was posted as closed for 15 minutes right at check-out time - a bit inconvenient. Otherwise very good indeed and will book there again.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during the last week of February 2026. The location was close to the Tlaquepaque center and literally was a 5 minute walk to the Oak Creek Brewery Grill and other shops. We did have a little bit of a trek to the uptown Sedona area (~15 minutes each way) but the weather was great and the views were scenic. The rooms are somewhat updated and were large and comfortable, but the bed was a bit stiff and seemed like it was a memory foam mattress. The bathroom sink was a little low, but everything functioned well and the price was great. The only thing to keep in mind is there is no balcony so the “mountain view” is from the door where they do have a couch next to it so you can sit there to admire the view. There is also a balcony type area at the end of all the rooms where you can also sit and lounge too, but was not mentioned to us initially by the front desk person until we found it ourselves. The noise level was a bit much as we were off her main highway street that ran through and the walls were on the thinner side, so you could hear your neighbors and any large trucks driving by early in the morning. Overall, the price really can’t be beat and the location was great.

Room was in good condition, but carpet is a weird choice and not having a bathroom in the lobby is annoying. We checked out and on our way out, my wife had to use the restroom so she asked if she could use the lobby since we had just returned the key, but they informed us they don't have a restroom. All lobbies for hotels should have a restroom.

The inn is perfectly situated between the Arts District and tourist center of Sedona. Everything is within walking distance, except for the red rocks, which you will have to drive to in order to feel their splendor. The room was neat, no frills. The television was standard, which means the sound is subpar without a sound bar; and I couldn’t find the instructions to access my streaming channels. Overall, a convenient, comfortable stay.

We are eager to return, and spend at least 2 nights here;-) The inn is small, as are the rooms. But, that is FINE with us. More important--Everything was spotlessly clean & fresh smelling. Next to our room is a covered outdoor patio with great views, chairs & tables. It is a great place to unwind and chat with other visitors.

Staff was friendly and accommodating making sure we were settled before leaving for the night. The room was average, but had all the comforts needed and very clean. THE VIEW is breathtaking! You won’t be disappointed with your stay at this hotel.
