Property is amazing, a movie view, I mean what is in a good dream, staff very polite and kind. Perfectly clean. Room very big and confortable, each with a private terrace with chairs, and enoght provicy toward other rooms. the stone steps to reach the room area are very folklore, but dangerous with leather shoes, even flat leather shoes. just to know and wear sneakers shoes.

- sehr schön und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft, der nächste Ort Magliano in Toscana ist 4 km entfernt, dort gibt es einige gute Restaurants - sehr freundliche Gastgeber (Danke nochmals fürs Abholen nach der Reifenpanne) - jeden Morgen gab es selbst gebackenes Brot und Kuchen, auch die weiteren Frühstückszutaten waren frisch und sehr lecker (Simone macht einen ausgezeichneten Cappuccino) - sehr gut ist auch das selbst produzierte Olivenöl (kann vor Ort gekauft werden)

Wonderful stay in Tuscany, Simone and iIrene were very welcoming, they spoke very good English and we're very helpful in giving us guidance for the best things to do in the area including the lovely villages close by.
