Holiday inn Express visit for mother's day

Our stay was excellent. Rooms were clean, service was definitely excellent and the breakfast was great daily. We will definitely choose this hotel and location when we visit Tulsa.

I liked the friendliness of everyone working there Our room was completely clean. And we liked the Dove products in the bathroom. The breakfast was fine. And the coffee was good. We liked the outdoor pool. My only complaint was that the pool had a lot of debris (bugs, small bits of trash, and leaves and small sticks) in it on our second day.

Good hotel. Good complimentary breakfast, clean room and public spaces, and good location. Only two issues - 1) check-in clerk thought the room was pre-paid although it wasn't, and couldn't figure out how to charge the room to my preferred credit card, and 2) desk chair was broken.
