By far one the standout B&B's that we have ever stayed in. Our hosts, Peter and Colin, were brilliant from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Welcoming, friendly and so professional in all that they do. They take such pride in delivering a 5 star service in a wonderful old building which has been modernised and extended to a very high standard. Excellent breakfasts were a feature every morning. Both very willing to impart local knowledge, suggestions and even making restaurant reservations on our behalf. Location is just brilliant with bars, restaurants and local attractions all within easy walking distance. This is a TOP B&B - in every sense!

We had a great stay at Seaway Manor and were looked after really well by Peter & Colin. Gananoque is a lovely place and Seaway Manor is both charming and characterful while having all the mod cons and comfort. We were ideally located to get to our 1000 islands cruise and took up a recommendation for where to have dinner after. Breakfast was excellent, special mention to the scones. Highly, highly recommended our only regret was that we didn’t schedule staying longer in this wonderful place.

A peaceful and memorable stay

What a beautiful stay. The manor is ideally located close the harbour. Our hosts were so nice and kind, we would have loved being able to stay longer. The breakfast are amazing with homemade food. It was a real pleasure to visit the 1000 islands in such condition.
