Breakfast choice was poor, bacon, sausage and beans were on hot plate but all cold so had to be reheated in microwave and continental breakfast choice was limited. Room was clean although was tired looking andcould do with a refresh. Room rate and location were very good.

This hotel is central for everything . It was spotless clean very quiet no noise . Staff very pleasant . Beds were so comfy will definitely use this hotel again . Only down side was breakfast been English we love our brekkie and it was spanish produce so gave it a miss

As a couple, we enjoyed the stay and the location. The room and hotel were clean, and everything that was in the room worked. We had a balcony room that overlooked the Main Street, it was snug but nice to have. There will “ambient” noise from the street, bear in mind. The staff were welcoming and helpful, we would happily stay again.

I am writing to provide detailed feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel, arriving around 9 pm. Upon arrival, the gentleman at reception did not present himself as a professional receptionist. Rather, he appeared as if he was about to head out with his mates. When I asked him a few questions, we were given incorrect information. For instance, I was unaware that breakfast was included, and this misinformation almost caused us to miss it entirely. Upon entering our room, we found some items but had little time to settle before heading out to enjoy the night. When we returned at approximately quarter past midnight, we realised that we urgently needed some pills. We then proceeded down to reception only to be told that the same gentleman was the sole staff member on duty, and he had just completed some housekeeping tasks. This was the start of a night with little to no sleep, partly due to the horrendous noise levels throughout the hotel.
