Surprise party!

We spent a long airport layover at this hotel, so that we could relax and rest. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable, although we did find the shower floor to be quite slippery when wet. The meal we had in the restaurant was good and everything was very fresh. Our only disappointment was that the massage treatments I had scheduled via a chat on the hotel website, during which I was assured our appointment was confirmed, were not in fact scheduled and no one was even available in the spa area. We would definitely stay here again, especially in the case of an early flight, since the proximity to the airport is very good.

Property shows heavy sign of wear and tear compared to the crisp clean photos on the website and our a/c was broken and needed to be fixed. They responded quickly to the A/C breaking and the staff was nice. The unit could have used a deep cleaning as there were scuffs and dark marks on walls, baseboards and floor. It was an adequate place to stay before my Raja Ampat cruise and the included breakfast was good

I loved my stay at the Harper Parentis. The gym is well equipped, definitely more than as is the norm. The wifi was strong and once you type in the password your done. No splash pages or password changing to keep too many users on. The staff is friendly. There were at least 10 english channels and four HBOs so ai just binge watched movies whenever I could. Rainfall shower heads with lots of pressure. KFC out front if you find yourself fancying some fried chicken. Near to the airport. Walking distance to an alfamart. Breakfast was mostly Asian style, which I like, and they really worked hard to make it special. While you're eating people will check on you and see if you need anything. Anytime you're in the restaurant or lobby, people will respectfully address you and say hello and give you a big smile. Room service was 24/7 and when I returned the trays to the hall they were always speedily collected. The price was competitive. Highly recommended, especially for business travellers.

Excellent value for money. Staff went above and beyond in getting my missing bag back from Garuda in the early morning hours do I could leave on time. Very clean and spacious. Super eco friendly: No plastic bottled water. Instead, each room has a jug and you fill it from water dispensers in the corridor. Wish more hotels would do that.
