This place was a nightmare to stay, there was no working ac in our room, we were able to get a room with working ac by after 11pm at night and we checked in by 6pm. I would never stay at this property or this chain again.

Quelques loupés niveau nettoyage et surtout dans l´ascenceur collant pendant 2 jours et pas nettoyé....pour un 4 etoiles, c'est rédhibitoire !!!!! Donc à revoir, sinon bon accueil et équipements fonctionnels mais salle de petit dejeuner avec les tables trop hautes...

4 étoiles...filantes

Un quatre étoiles qui a surtout brillé… par son absence de service. À l’arrivée, aucun accueil (peut-être que le réceptionniste était en vacances dans l’une des étoiles manquantes). La “chambre avec deux lits doubles” était en réalité un lit double et un sofa fatigué qu’il fallait soi-même préparer, sans oreillers et avec une couette trouée, histoire de profiter du charme du camping… à prix hôtel de luxe. Serviettes tachées, liquide collant sur les tiroirs, déchets sous le sofa : un vrai safari urbain. Et pour parfaire l’expérience, une taxe de séjour de 8,45 € par personne et par nuit… sans doute pour financer la chasse aux oreillers disparus.

L état des matelas était plus que déplorable, il y avait encore des affaires des précédents voyageurs dans le frigo. Il n'y avait plus de savon shampoing et démêlant dans les distributeurs de la salle de bain. On a retrouvé une assiette cassée dans la chambre. On a prévenu la réception et à notre retour en fin de journée seul les lits avaient été fait. Cet hôtel ne devrait pas faire partie de la chaîne Mercure.

Fint hotel med hjælpsomme mennesker, der dog ikke alle taler for godt engelsk, men det gik alligevel! Hotellet er i god stand og fint indrettet, men beliggenheden er desværre ikke så god som forventet. Der er ikke noget i nærheden af hotellet og det offentlige transport var udfordret, så vi måtte bruge uber hver dag, for at komme frem og tilbage.

What did ruin this for me was the deposit 150 eur when we got there. The bar staff was absolutely shocking. We were a bit scared to ask for beer as the bar staff was terrible. They need to change their attitude. Will never book there again

1. The reception staff lacked the experience to handle international clients and were frequently absent from reception desk throughout the day. 2. The property manager was only available for a few hours on certain days, making them largely inaccessible. 3. Instead of providing 2 double beds as per reservation, the hotel provided only 1 double bed and 1 uncomfortable sofa bed.

I trusted Expedia's recommendation and saw what I thought was a good deal. I knew we were going to spend a lot of money in Paris, with very limited time at the hotel, so we selected this hotel, and later regretted it. First of all, we arrived at 4pm, with reversations a week in advance, and we still had to wait almost 30 min for our room. They even switched our room as the original still wasn't clean. When we got the the room, it was fine at first...definitely nothing extravagant, but then we noticed black mold (see photo) all over the shower ceiling. I let the front desk clerk, but he stated it was the only room left. Also, it appeared they hadnt cleaned under the shower glass divider in who knows how long - nasty grime and mold there also. It was ashame as the staff appeared friendly from the little contact we had, but they did not reslove our concern.

Dejligt hotel, tæt på transport til Centrum.

Dejligt hotel, god service med glade medarbejdere. Ligger godt, MC D tæt på samt tog station med tog ind til Eiffel Tårnet. Menget nemt at komme rundt. Værelset var lidt slidt, med sæbe holder der faldt af væggen, køleskab/skuffe virkede ikke. Men ellers pænt og rent.

Unser erstes Zimmer war nach dem Check-In nicht gereinigt worden. Schmutz und Haare waren auf den Betten und das Bad wurde ebenfalls nicht gereinigt. Nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption haben wir unkompliziert ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. In diesem Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage leider nicht. Demnach wollten wir auch nicht in diesem Zimmer bleiben und gingen wieder an die Rezeption. Nach einer Entschuldigung des Personals erhielten sofort ein neues Zimmer. In diesem war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Eine gute Anbindung an die Bahn gibt es auch, denn der Bahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt vom Hotel.

When we arrived they had no room for us we had to wait for one to be cleaned it was 2 hours after check in the bar and room service was closed on weekends we had to leave a £350 security deposit which was more than the stay cost us when checking out I was advised it would go straight back on to my card as we didnt even eat there theybhave taken £42 from my card with no notification what it is for I am waiting for a response from the hotel

Poor service will not be staying again.

The girl at reception was rude and not helpful at all. After checking in, we noticed we didn’t have enough towels and needed 2 extra pillows. I went to the reception to request what we needed but she simply refused to provide 2 extra pillows for the sofa beds. There was no reason given, she just said she is not going to provide the additional pillows with a straight face. Towels were provided 2 hours later after three trips to the reception, it was bizarre. The worst part was the same girl from reception later knocked our door with pillows in her hand in the evening and I was obviously surprised but happy to see her with the pillows. She then responded saying oh, these pillows are for another room. It didn’t feel like we were staying in a 4 star hotel, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Das Familienzimmer war so unsauber. WC Wände Katastrophe. Im Bett konnte man kaum schlafen, weil es so gejuckt hatte. Wir waren nur zum Übernachten dort. Bilder und Realität waren leider sehr verschieden. Schade, dass Mercure diesmal bei der Qualität versagt hat.
