Firstly, the Hotel rooms are needing upgrading very 1970’s. Secondly, The water from the shower very hot not possible have cold water which bad after being by the pool in 30° heat. Thirdly, The music around the pool area very very Loud not possible to relax. When we asked to turn it down we got no response. Fourthly, My wife was walking from hotel to go to the shop across the road which are bad condition she fell and fractured her ankle and the nearest major hospital is around 1 hour drive if your lucky. Lastly, The staff did all they could to help so that’s a positive remark.

O quarto estava em boas condições, mas o ar condicionado com cheiro ruim, problema para regular a pressão no chuveiro. As piscinas estão na hora de fazer manutenção, pois os rejuntes estão gastos e machucam os pés das crianças. No restaurante do bar da piscina os pedidos demoravam, esqueciam, tinha que cobrar pra entregarem e constantemente faltava picolé e ingredientes para drinks. No restaurante do hotel superlotação, tinha que aguardar bastante tempo para fazer as refeições, as vezes a comida no buffet estava cheia de moscas. Teve um dia que nem sequer ofereceram bebida, quando pedimos, demoraram e fomos embora sem tomar nada. O único ponto positivo é a equipe da recepção, limpeza e recreação, o "Tio Leo e o Tio Cebola" foram e são fenomenais com as crianças, por isso as 3 estrelas, porquê pelo valor para um fim de semana, custou caro, nao pelo dinheiro, mas pelos problemas.

Lugar bonito e bom para descansar, bem familiar. A comida é muito boa em todas as refeições, a recreação para crianças e adultos é bem legal e as piscinas são boas e em ótima temperatura. Mas a internet é péssima, sinal de telefone não funciona e o wifi que o hotel disponibiliza não pega direito nos quartos. Tivemos alguns dias de chuva, e acho que seria bom se o hotel disponibilizasse guarda-chuvas para os hospedes pois a sala de jogos, estacionamento e academia é do lado de fora e tem que caminhar no tempo para chegar. E é preciso um pouco de manutenção nos quartos pois são mais antigos, porta e maçaneta do banheiro, lâmpada da sacada e as tomadas estavam bem ruins.

O hotel é bom, apesar de antigo, em algum momento já foi um excelente hotel, entretanto a idade é nítida, falta manutenção nos quartos, com itens antigos, gesso marcado pelo tempo, pintura desgastada e cama antiga. O atendimento do pessoal é excelente, exceto do garçom Ricardo, esse ai já acorda cansado, tem preguiça em atender, faz menos que o mínimo. Menção especial ao excelente atendimento do colaborador Jayme, e da senhora Nazaré, que trabalha na limpeza, sempre esforçados e fazendo de tudo pela boa estadia do hóspede. A alimentação foi boa, como fomos em dia de semana não teve buffet em alguns dias, apenas serviço a la carte, que eu diria que foi melhor que os dias de buffet, valeu bem à pena pelo preço pago. O destaque negativo vai para as sobremesas, sempre muito básicas, pudim e sagu todo dia praticamente, poderiam fazer algo um pouco diferente que não daria muito trabalho, como cheesecake, brownie, tortas de bolacha, etc. Mas as comidas foram ótimas, filé mignon, picanha, chorizo, tilápia, etc. Valeu à pena o valor pago, foi uma estadia muito relaxante e tranquila, voltaremos mais vezes!
