We recently stayed at the Relais Servo Tullio and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Rome. The property was very good at communicating in advance and the location was excellent. While it was a bit difficult to find initially and it's on the 5th floor with a small elevator, this all added to the charm and we truly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and much larger than we expected, and the air conditioning worked very well - which is not very common in Italy. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I have stayed here twice now and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Rome. Hotel staff are lovely to deal with, very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a quiet location, the rooms are very clean and warm and breakfast is fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms were clean, modern and had good amenities. It is a small hotel on the fifth floor of a building (there is an elevator). Due to being on the fifth floor and not fronting on a main street (it is at the back half of the building) it is very quiet. Also, there isn't a common dining/breakfast area, so breakfast is brought to your room every morning. The front desk staff was great and super helpful. The place is a gem for Rome.

The communication was perfect! We were allowed to check in earlier and on our check out day we were allowed to let our luggage till our flight. The room was very clean and modern. Everything was new and in perfect working order. The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom was also very modern. The location is very central in the old Center.
