HORRIBLE ROOMS

Not clean or modern. Not furnished with clean towels, floors, stove, or anything that basic Extended stays have...no pots, pans, eating utensils, dishwasing liquid...nothing! I've seen better rest stops. OVER PRICED AND FALSELY ADVERTISED!!

Extended Stay Pro's & Con's

We had a good check-in & reminder of our upcoming stay. The room was acceptable, the bed comfortable, & things to do were nearby. The only complaint is that we went on the weekend & the "regulars" at this extended stay motel had no concern about the time it was & others might want to sleep. They kept on "hooting & hollering" until about 2a.The staff seemed familiar with this complaint. I just wish they had put us "non-regulars" in the back away from the area where these regulars congregate.

First of all ...the room was so so dirty dirty, Walls busted, light fixtures and plugs very dirty looks like nothing had ever been wiped down in room, there was human hair in bathroom door hinge, toilet was hard to flush, dirt and cobwebs in corners!! I wonder if the owner would pay $100 to stay in a room like that, or better yet, would they let their mother stay in a room like that !! Terrible wow!!!!

Keeping price point in mind and "why" i decided on this property. I needed something cheap, convenient, with a bed and a toilet, and hopefully clean. I walked in the room amd was immediately disappointed. The rooms are in desperate need of paint and bleach. Its not that the room was dirty per se, it just looked extremely dirty and dingy. Hand prints and years of dirt and grime stained the doors, bathroom, refrigerator, etc... it mad eyou not want to touch anything in the room. If they would apply some elbow grease and bleach, it would make for a massive improvement. Also, the wifi is there, easily connectable, but cuts in and out every minute or so making just about anything requiring your computer almost impossible. I ended getting frustrated after 45 minutes or so and closed the laptop to watch tv instead. Hotel provided towels for a shower, but theres no small bar of soap anywhere, much less any shampoo. Very minimal in terms of what you receive. Id give this property lowers scores but im keeping in mind the price and market/clientale they are aiming for. It was clean, but dingy in such a way that made the room feel absolutely disgusting. Bed is what you can expect, not good, but once again i did pay to stay at the Ritz Carlton. Keeping everything in mind, id give my overall stay a 2/5 stars.

Room was clean. Stay was nice. Bed was comfortable, but only had a pillow and a half. Not the properties fault, but there was an addict passed out on the far steps. Not the best neighborhood, but we had no problems. It was actually pretty quiet.

Horrible place

Something shady was happening in the parking lot and I felt uncomfortable so left 4 hours after I checked in. I tried to get my money back for the remainder of my stay and was told no by management. I was willing to pay for the one night but wanted a refund on the remaining 3 days and was told no. I will never stay again.

Rooms are small, beds are small, bathrooms are super small, the sheets had holes from what looked like cigarette burns all over them. Booked room ahead of time but check in was not quick.

Sketchy area and worn out room

I checked in around 1:30 am due to a delayed/rebooked flight. I think I woke up the employee that checked me in because he looked a little dishelved, which was not an issue. I had a hard time hearing him through the glass. The room did not look like the pictures. It definitely seemed a little sketchy. There were no hangers in the closet and no cups in the kitchen. Everything looked very dated. I wore flip flops in the shower. The hooks in the bathroom were cheaply stuck on the wall. My room was under the stairwell and there was a hornet's nest under one of the steps. I ended up checking out early (without requesting a refund since I checked out in the afternoon. I went to stay with family because the neighborhood did not feel very safe. It was cheaper than other locations and I guess you get what you pay for.

The front office has a horrible smell, the patron was barefoot and nasty. The rooms, i wish i could say was better, was hot and damp. The smell was offensive and the roach population was far more than any slum would deem exceptable. I walked in, took stock of the room and left. No refund.
