Very disappointing stay

I booked a so called superior room, for six (!) nights, but though I asked for a nice room based on my long stay, all I got was one that was very tiny, with dark grey walls, a small window, just one functional light bulb, with a rock hard bed, no international tv channels and a bathroom that turns into a wet room after showering. It is also very noisy, so for several nights inconsiderate guests kept me from sleeping. The location was fine. All together, I would stay away from this place

Make sure water fully supply

No water supply it unbelievable. In the morning we're taking bath before check-out suddenly no water supply, we check with hotel staff immediately and receptionist call back and told us they need 10min to fix it. After we have been waiting for half hour, Guess what ! eventually when we called receptionist again she told us we have to go ground floor hotel toilet to take bath.

Once i get in the room, it had an awful smell, we can't sleep well the whole night. Bed is rock hard and the bed sheet got some stains too. I cant find hairdryer in the room so that i had to ask from the reception. The entire hotel has only ONE hairdryer, i was asked to return once i finish use. Overall, my wife and I not enjoy the stay even just a single night. The only good was the location, is very near to Jonker Street.
