This is a wonderful value for central Taipei. The hotel is clean and spacious. The amenities provided are really five star and very premium branded like Panasonic, Toto, Nespresso. The standard room with windows is so comfortable and includes a mini living room area, almost like a suite! Very generously sized for Taipei. Lastly, the staff are all very polite and go the extra mile to make guests comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here!

The bed for the Basic room is hard. Shower head is leaking when turn on. Other than those issues, place is clean, staffs were very courteous and helpful. Location is great. Breakfast buffet was included in the stay and it was good. Simple but done nicely, It has your own self-service laundry which is bonus and you can access their K lounge where they do the breakfast for some coffee/tea and snacks.

Room cleaning staff were so friendly and efficient; our room was cleaned by the time we came back from breakfast! Also, the room had a premium coffee machine and electronic toilet. Only downside with room was the only window opened into a stairwell.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Convenient spot to the attractions of Taipei. There is one huge drawback is that the speed of the Wi-fi is unreasonably slow. Appreciate if this could be improved. Anyways, it is an excellent choice if you prefer to stay at a quieter area of Taipei and want to have a tranquil experience.
