Value for money, this is an excellent deal. The free breakfast is generous and good. would have to pay about $20 for a breakfast like this in a diner. You'll have to drive to the breakfast facility, but it's in downtown Rhinebeck, so not inconvenient. Check-in is offsite as well. At the Village Inn, there are no amenities. Not even ice or snack machines, so be prepared.

It is actually a bit outside of town and you check-in at a separate hotel IN town. It was easy enough to get the key. The room was clean and spacious, bare bones, but cozy. Breakfast is continental and also off site, but coffee and cereal available. We had a small issue, not hotel related, and the hotel staff was outstanding and accommodating. Would recommend.
