Incredible stay! Staff is so so helpful when it comes to everything. Premier room is super comfortable and cosy, quiet at night. Shower gets really warm and has a lot of pressure. We had a great stay at this hotel! We were in a premium villa (not ocean view). It was big, clean, quiet and had a great balcony. We were unfortunate with the weather and it rained a lot during our stay but we still took the paddle boards out, played pool and pongpong which made the days better! The breakfast was good and lots of variety. The people were all very nice! Would stay again!

The rooms were clean; however, housekeeping was only provided upon request, which is not as seamless as in many other hotels where it happens automatically. The breakfast buffet was decent overall. There were a few European options available, but it was predominantly focused on Asian cuisine. In addition, while it was possible to charge food and drinks from the bar and restaurant to the room, these charges had to be settled on the same day rather than being billed at the end of the stay, which was somewhat inconvenient.

The villa was beautiful and spacious, and the cleaning crew did a great job cleaning it daily. I loved the “extras” the hotel provided, eg free SUP rental, free transfers around GL, and free fresh coconuts almost on a daily basis. All staff we encountered were wonderful and friendly. There are a few minor points which I think the hotel could benefit from improving: 1. Offering hair conditioner and body lotion in the villas and 2. Offering Filipino / other cuisines in the restaurant.

the room we booked is the DELUXE room it is a good room but there is no phone facility for the guest to contact the reception even it says to dial a certain number according to instructions. Second it is a resort but this room DELUXE there is no facility outside where you can hang your wet clothes only inside the bathroom which may take longer for clothes to dry. On the positive side STAFF are all great always smiling and greets you everyday. Breakfast has variety to choose from and plus the view is magnificent! Definitely coming back but not the DELUXE room .
