Me and my wife has stayed at the hotel before and this time it was for our wedding night the staff was amazing and they went above and beyond with our room making it so beautiful for us on arrival. The restaurant wasn’t open this time we went but the bar still offers food which was delicious never the less. We have been to the restaurant before and the food is great there also. The staff was amazing friendly and as I mentioned they go above and beyond for you due to just these few things we will return highly recommended.

Stayed for one night for my wife’s birthday and we had a lovely time. Staff were very friendly and helpful, specifically Angeline in the spa, who was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everything you want from a member of staff at your hotel. Bonnie and Ffion in the restaurant were very personable and gave us a great service. Food in the steak house was incredible, breakfast was lovely too. It’s a beautiful building and the room was huge. I would highly recommend Lanelay for a relaxing weekend.

The hotel is very luxurious, very clean and comfortable. We were celebrating a birthday and we were treated with a little dessert in our room. The spar was incredible and the pool area is beautiful. The only thing that let the hotel down for me was that we could hear the water running through the pipes at night. Not sure if every room is the same but we woke up a couple of times during the night because of the noise it made.
