Konaklamamız boyunca genel olarak memnun kaldık. Çalışan arkadaşlar güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi teşekkür ediyoruz. Oda temizliği konusunda günlük temizlik ve gerekli yenilenmeler yapıldı. Öğünler de tercih ettiğiniz yere göre normal geldi. Kesinlikle bir daha tercih edeceğim bir otel.

Ölüdeniz merkezde uygun fiyatlı her şey dahil aile oteli. Bayram dolayısıyla biraz kalabalıktı fakat biz çok memnun kaldık. Yemekler normal ve lezzettiydi. Personel oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Odalar biraz küçük ama temizdi. Havuz, zeytin ağaçları ve çiçekler enfesti.

Positiv: Als besonders positiv haben wir die Freundlichkeit, Fleiß und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals empfunden. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits vom Trubel und daher vergleichsweise leise, trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum du am Strand. Das Buffet ist relativ klein, es gibt 3 Hauptspeisen zur Auswahl und 2-3 Beilagen. Es gibt aber reichlich Salate zur Auswahl und ein Nachspeisenbuffet. Negativ: Alkoholische Getränke gibt es ausschließlich an der Poolbar, nicht im Restaurant. Als wir mal einen Rosewein trinken wollten, wurde einfach Weiß- und Rotwein gemischt! Wir haben das Hotel ausgesucht, weil es Familienzimmer mit einem separaten Zimmer für die Kinder. Dieses hatte jedoch keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur das Elternschlafzimmer. Es gibt bloß einen Schlüssel, man muss sich also irgendwie absprechen, wenn man mal etwas nicht gemeinsam machen möchte. Die Türen sind nicht leise zu schließen, sondern müssen zugezogen werden. Die Folge ist ständiges Türenknallen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Kommode, auf der der Fernseher steht und die einen kleinen Kühlschrank enthält, war so verzogen, dass die Tür völlig schief darin hing. Eine Nacht sind wir von einem lauten Poltern aufgewacht, es hatte sich herausgestellt, dass im Bad spontan eine Türzarge umgefallen ist. Ausgebesserte stellen an den Zargen wurden in einem anderen Farbton überpinselt. Das Bad war schön gefliest, hat aber keinen Dunstabzug und hätte sauberer sein können.
