My first impressions were very poor, a hotel in need of refurbishment, but actually it was very good, had a huge apartment overlooking one of the pools (quiet one) half board was a choice from the menu freshly made, good location with a short walk to the beach but the icing on the cake was the staff, they were all absolutely brilliant !!!!

We only spent one night at Melissa Garden Apart Hotel, but it was a lovely experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. Even though it was a short stay, we felt very welcome and relaxed. We’d definitely love to come back for a longer holiday next time!

Wonderful Stay

My stay at the hotel was honestly above expectations. The room was spotless, and every little detail was well thought out – especially the bed, which was super comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is also perfect, very central and easy to get around. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty. A special shoutout to the reception team – they made me feel genuinely welcome. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Das Melissa Garden Apart Hotel ist für uns ein ganz besonderer Ort. Es ist nicht nur ein Urlaubshotel – es fühlt sich jedes Mal an wie ein zweites Zuhause. Die Apartments sind sauber, gemütlich und ideal für Familien. Der Pool ist immer top gepflegt und die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah am Strand und den Geschäften. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich unvergesslich macht, ist das großartige Team. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Memet, Alfie und Denis – ihr seid immer so herzlich und hilfsbereit. Plussaa: Kolme allasta joista yksi lasten, vesiliukumäki. Isohkot huoneet, 2 parveketta. Ilmastointi toimi. Henkilökunta ystävällistä, joka ilta joku teema/show. Miinusta: Aurinkotuolit varattiin pyyheillä jo illalla! Jos menit iltapäivästä altaille, pyyheet lojuivat tuoleilla mutta ihmiset saattoivat olla esim.ostoksilla, nokosilla tai syömässä monta tuntia. Tuolien kpl-määrää ei oltu mitoitettu asiakasmäärään. Huoneessa minimimäärä astioita, lakanat vaihdettiin 7.päivänä. Likaisen pyyheen jos jätti lattialle, oli se taiteltu nätisti joko lattialle tai tuolille. Ruoka ravintolassa ala-arvoista! Yleisarvosana: Hinta-laatusuhde kohillaan.

Otelin hangi berbat yönünü ele alsam diye düşünüyorum hepsinden bahsedemeyeceğim için kendimce en önemli olanların birkaçını anlatayım. Ücret hizmet politikası diye birşey olsa da az para veriyoruz diye bu kadar da kötü hizmet olmaz. Resepsiyonda çalışanından bizi odaya çıkaranına kadar hepsi sarhoştu ki içeri girdiğimizde de içiyorlardı. Eğer tatilinizde korku dolu anlar yaşamak istiyorsanız tek adresiniz burasıdır... Yatak konusuna da gelince her ne kadar çift kişilik yatak söylense de bir tane 30 kilo 1.30 boyunda adam için ideal bir yatak..
