This is a lovely spot right off the main Queen St. In Niagara on the Lake. The room is large and comfortable with a nice fake fireplace that does give off heat. The breakfast is a continental tray left outside the room by 8am. It was substantial and we loved the convenience of having breakfast when we felt like it.

Lovely space and very comfortable. Close to the Main Street so walking the shops is quite accessible. I appreciated that the place offered parking, however there is only 3 spots. Further to that, there is parking on the street as an option. Would stay again.

Everything you could want in a king room. Well appointed, all expected amenities, big screen TV (with satellite), complimentary breakfast, free parking, excellent location (steps from Queen Steet, 5 minute walk to Festival Theatre.

Location was excellent as was the overall comfort. The only drawback was the breakfast- consisting of packaged very sweet pastries, cold boiled eggs with no salt or pepper, butter and jam but nothing to put them on - neither bread nor toast.

Beautiful and cozy bnb located steps from queen street and the lake. Really appreciated the easy, contactless check in. The host thoroughly explained the check in process prior to check in. An amazing breakfast was delivered to our room at 8AM as promised. Wish we were here for 2 days instead of one! Would love to come back again!!

Property is in an excellent location, room was clean & very comfortable. The only problem was that the floors squeaked in a room next door, every time the person got up in the night( which unfortunately was a few times) the floor would squeak and wake me up.

The location was great for easy walking but the stairs to the room were very steep and difficult to carry luggage. This was not a typical B and B because it was very impersonal: no one to greet you, no Breakfast area to meet others, just a continental breakfast tray left outside your room which did not have a table or chairs to use. I would not recommend this for anyone who has trouble with steep stairs or who enjoys the social aspect of a typical Band B.
