O pessoal do atendimento é simpático e atencioso, mas o hotel tem o nome de “boutique”, mas não tem nada que o diferencie de um hotel mediano. Nada se destaca, como decoração, comida. A rede Wi-Fi é lenta, teve um dia em que não tinha água quente no banheiro, as toalhas e travesseiros não são bons. O café da manhã é bem simples, considerando que é na Itália aonde se come tão bem - inclusive há um supermercado ao lado, o que é ótimo, Bem silencioso e seguro. Falta o cuidado nos detalhes, para ser “ Boutique”.

Hotel ist zunächst nicht als solches erkennbar. Befindet sich in einem normalen 6-stöckigen Wohnhaus (Boutique-Hotel halt). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. The receptionists during my stay were very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast display is rather small and not so vary but I was in Italy to taste Italian food or enjoy a Espresso at a nice sightseeing spot not to fill me up with breakfast in the hotel. Good walking distance to the first sightseeings such as Spanish steps, Villa Borghese and next door to the American Embassy.
