Whitney in the front office was awesome! We got in a little bit early and she made sure our room was ready for us. She and the staff were always very friendly. She even remembered that my daughter was graduating and congratulated her when she saw her. She’s so sweet. I just think Whitney made the whole experience even better! The kitchen in the unit was just what we needed. Plenty of space with a table, two chairs and a full-size fridge. Our teenage son came with us so having the 1/2 wall divider in between the two queen beds gave him some privacy. We had a few cold days with rain and a few hot days with humidity. The heat and air worked perfectly. This is the quiet side of Grand Avenue and the beach was just steps away. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms definitely have a beachy vibe.

Although out dated, but what motel isn’t, it was really nice inside. Our rooms were clean, well maintained, AC worked well, beds were comfy. Access to the beach was about a min walk, they provide toys and beach chairs to borrow. The walk to the boardwalk is about 10/15 mins. We would def stay there again.

Every room has an assigned parking space within a short walk to your door. The rooms are clean and decorated nicely in a perfect beach vibe. The kids loved the nice clean private pool. Located right next to the beach. Close to everything OOB has to offer. Owners were friendly charming people. A great deal for a great vintage renovated motel by the beach experience!

Great location to the beach and about half mile to the amusements. If you’re a lite sleeper be aware that the train from Portland to Boston is only a few blocks away. There is a road crossing maybe a half mile or so away that they have to use the horn for.

Great location!

It was the perfect location for our 4th of July vacay. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen and bathroom were on the small side but it served its purpose. Our room had AC but we only used at bedtime as we liked the fresh ocean air during the day. The motel is conveniently located on the beach (2 properties backed) with easy access. Each room had its own parking spot which is a plus! The only downside is the train track which does get a bit load when one is passing through. It’s all along OOB and is unavoidable unless you stay in one of those high rise apartment buildings. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and we would definitely book this place again!

Solo Beach Stay

Close to the beach, quiet and simple for a great off season stay. Would be nice to walk to places if they were open, but it seems everything closes down right around Labor Day. For the price, you can’t complain. Personal parking spot, 1 minute walk to the beach and had plenty of amenities. Would definitely plan to cook some mornings for breakfast and make myself coffee the next time I stayed here rather than venture out for those things. Close to Portland and Biddeford, plenty of great beer and food around!

Let me first qualify that I am partially disabled and further that I made no inquiries or formal requests regarding the accessibility of the unit. On day one of five, another guest was parked in our reserved space not in the primary lot immediately located at the bottom of the stairs. but rather across the Main Street behind another building. On the first days, the caring staff allowed us to park in another space in the main lot. This was greatly appreciated. So, we felt welcome and. like the staff went out of their way to assist us and make sure we were as comfortable as possible. If I had the trip to do again, I am confident that the staff would have done everything they could to put us in a first floor room with an assigned space in the main lot. So while I feel it could have been slightly more convenient, I accept full responsibility

A charming spot a stones throw away from the beach. The bathroom was tiny, but that was okay. The location was prime. Close enough to the beach and far enough way from the chaos of the pier.
