Clean!
We took the bus from Kuala Lumpur to Melaka. From the bus station, we took a taxi to the hotel, $10 per person (there were two of us, so the total was $20). It took about 15 minutes from the bus station to the hotel. The location is a little bit far from the sightseeing places, if you like to walk, it takes 20-25 minutes to get there, which is fine by me. The room is clean (small) and the staff is nice.

Reasonable
Not close to the Jonker street but the price is reasonable. The address on the official website and on Expedia do not lead to the real location. If you're heading to this hotel make sure you use google map first.

Towel, floor mat, chair, bedsheets had stains on them. Clothes hanger was broken. Safe is already pre locked, unable to use.

Super high value for money for this 3-star hotel.

Simple and comfort
New hotel, clean and comfort room. Came for my 1st anniversary to here. Hotel staff, Sara was so helpful that she changed my room immediately to the same type when my room had power trip. Definitely will come back again for next stay, very nice hotel. Keep up your reputation, chances of becoming 4 star. Hotel is very near to the city center.
