We had a horrible experience at night. The next door people had a party going on until 2:00am with loud music and singing. I reported to front office which was not able to provide a number for the person in charge. I was able to provide the details of incident to Norma that assure that she was going to take this matter to upper management. The food and staff were very courteous but not the receptionist.

The room entry lights were burned out. The fridge was very loud. Half of the TV channels were with bad pictures. At the checkout, the front desk lady insisted we return both room keys and we told her we needed one to be able to open the gate with our car. But she didn't let us. After the parking security refused to let us leave the parking garage with no key he told us we needed the key to open the gate to be able to go or to pay 100 ( I didn't understand 100 dollars or pesos) Again we ran upstairs to the front desk and tried to convince the front desk lady to give us one key to leave. After many PLEASE she finally gave us one key and we FINALLY LEFT We stayed in this hotel many times and we always had an excellent experience. I don't know what happened this time
