Honestly way overpriced for the service offered. Positive thing is it's walking distance from the beach and there's a nice promenade along the coast. Other than that the area around is really dead and quite dirty. The room was clean but that's about it. We were located on the street side, it was super loud you could hear all the traffic noises. The bathroom is way too small and unpractical. The breakfast was really disappointing : hot food was cold & overall choice very limited. Lastly the staff was not very welcoming, no one dares to even smile...it's free...I am extremely surprised by some if the positive reviews and it makes me really question if they are real...it's an OK budget hotel if you pay 50 dollars max per night but not for more. And I would not say it's a good option for family as they have nothing catering to small children except the pool.

Nice hotel but misleading about beach cabanas

Very new hotel with a fair buffet breakfast included. A few minutes walk to an area of public beach with a toilet and a shower. Everything very clean. I was disappointed as it said ‘beach cabanas’ when booking which they do not have, however this was a big factor when choosing this hotel. The staff were nice and got us an umbrella and beach towels

Worst hotel in Antalya

Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The room we were given was nothing like what was shown in the pictures. It was filthy, smelled bad, and the air quality was terrible due to poor ventilation. What’s worse, the hotel advertises that the rooms were newly renovated in 2024, but it’s clear the renovations were poorly done—if they were even done at all. To make matters worse, the room was extremely bright. The curtains were far too short, letting in a lot of light, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, despite the hotel advertising that the rooms were soundproof, this was not true. When we asked for a refund, the staff outright refused and didn’t offer any real solution. They wouldn’t even let us cancel the booking with a fee. After insisting, we were moved to another room, but it was just as bad. The room was still dirty, and the pillows and towels had stains on them, which was completely unacceptable. The website also stated that water was included, but we never received any. On top of everything, the staff’s attitude was appalling. After we complained, some employees stopped greeting us, making us feel unwelcome. One day, when we asked for a new key to our room, one of the staff members rudely replied, "What is the problem now?" This level of unprofessionalism was shocking. We had a terrible experience from start to finish, and I would never stay here again. The hotel needs serious improvements both in cleanliness and customer service.

Останавливались мы с семьей на одну ночь. В целом номер в нормальном состоянии, чистый, есть кондиционер. Завтрак для галочки(бутер с сыром, колбасой, огурцы, помидоры, яйцо, арбуз.) Очень приветливый, вежливый персонал. Но цена нам показалась завышеной, может из-за пандемии цены выросли.

Общий гулкий коридор, все звуки с ресепшена слышны в номере. Весь вечером какая-то компания громко шумела на 1 м этаже. Заснуть было невозможно. Не выдержал, сделал замечание, но потом снова продолжилось. Даже телевизор с 1го этажа было слышно. Первый номер был с протекающим кондиционером. Во втором проблема так же присутствовала, но в меньшем масштабе. Даже сообщать уже не стал, видимо у них везде с кондиционеров капает. В последний час перед выездом перестал запираться сливной механизм в унитазе. Цена была низкой, но и проблем черезчур много. Хорошо что взял всего 1 день. Малое количество отзывов не просто так. Удалось распечатать файлы. Пытались мне помочь позвонить по турецкому номеру, но безуспешно. В другом отеле позвонить получилось, в чем проблема была так и не понятно. Пляж был полностью закрыт для посещения в апреле-мае 2020го. А по последней информации летом будут открыты только платные участки пляжа Коньяалты, выманивают деньги у туристов. Полагаю, что дополнительных поборов летом будет с лихвой. Отель не рекомендую. Немного доплатив, нашел куда лучшие условия и сервис
