This was my second stay and again, I wasn't disappointed. Lovely, quiet room in a country pub. Great staff, great breakfast. I won't hesitate to stay here again when I'm next in the area.

Comfortable stay.

Nice big room. Comfy bed, breakfast excellent. Friendly staff. Would have appreciated a fan. With window open could hear people talking loudly outside pub at nearly midnight. Shortbreads on tea tray a nice touch.

First time, but was immediately impressed by the friendly staff who were very accommodating. Appeared to be a young team who worked well together. Food was fabulous, we enjoyed the fresh fishcakes and amazing burger. Breakfast was equally excellent, good traditional fayre. Pub side was more traditional, well enjoyed by locals and those from further afield. Room was lovely, modern, clean and comfortable. An amazing value for money package, would definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous little character village pub. The staff could not of been friendlier and the food was fabulous. My room was large clean and had everything you would need including complimentary slippers and a fridge. Ill definitely be staying again Keep up the fabulous work guys

A wonderful place to stay. Exceeded our expectations. Dining options were wonderful. Rooms comfortable and roomy, with all the mod cons. We had breakfast included with many quality options. The staff were warm and welcoming with special mention to the hardworking chefs, waiting staff Gary and Joe. As visitors from Australia this has been among the highlights of our trip so far.

An excellent 2 night stay, lovely accommodation and restaurant offering very good evening meals and first class breakfast options. The only niggle would be the vanity sink in what was an exceptionally large and well appointed wet room. Would definitely stay again

We had a brilliant weekend at the Frocester, was greeted by Gary very friendly and helpful. We had arrived a little early, but that was no problem, and after a refreshing pint in the beer garden, all was sorted. Food was delicious , plenty of choice, two menus available in the restaurant. Breakfast really set us for the rest of the day, again with plenty of variety and great service. Would we stay again? Definitely, especially with those soooooo comfy beds

Fantastic place to stay and eat.

We were there for one night, because we were visiting the wwt Slimbridge. We had the delux suite because it had 2 armchairs to sit on. The room was outstanding and large, absolutely perfect. The bathroom was was very big and roomy. Just loved the whole thing. We ate in the bar for a evening meal and we had the gammon,egg and chips, it was so delicious 😋. I had to ask if there was any dairy free puddings and they were fantastic in sorting it out for me, i had the dairy free ice cream which was very nice. The staff were absolutely fantastic and very attentive to our needs. We will be going back again next March on our visit to slimbridge again.

Dont judge a book by it's cover! I pulled into the car parking thinking I was barely going to get an 'ok' stay but I was wrong! My Room was in great condition, clean, GREAT shower, modern looking, LOADS of USB Ports and Sockets around the room, water and Shortbread, it was just what I needed after a long day. One gripe, the Aircon was left on 25° heat, full blast and the room was boiling! Worse, the aircon didnt do cooling so I had to leave the door open to get some heat out. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that!
