We received a check in “check in” to see if we were happy immediately after check in which was great. Unfortunately, the mattress was rough, curved from use and would recommend accessible plugs on both sides of the bed. Otherwise good spot!

Very Clean, well maintained property with terrific staff! The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. We ended up extending our original dates and despite having to change room type (due to sell out) the transition was smooth and easy. This hotel is within an hour or so to several attractions and parks surrounding the beautiful Smokies. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
