Stayed on the 3rd floor. Elevator worked and parking was easy. Room was clean with soap and linens. Lights, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer all worked. Staff very pleasant. The TV didn’t work, there were no blankets, the coffee maker was missing. So we called the number and asked for all those things. The guy came quickly and took care of all those things. Also no iron or ironing board and unable to open the closet which had shelving in the way of the door. Unfortunately, the worse thing, and the reason I give it a very low rating — the smoke detector was not hung on the ceiling. We found it in a drawer.
