Sue runs an immaculate place to stay, ideally situated in the heart of Weymouth, on the sea front. Truly one of the kindest hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet, and Becky is also very kind and welcoming. The property is ideal for couples, single travellers and families alike, the breakfast was delicious, and most importantly, Sue was hugely accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and had everything needed over the Ironman weekend. A gem of a place I cannot recommend enough, and I will be back again.

We were allowed in a bit early as we came by train. The owner Sue is super friendly as were her staff We were right on the beach and could leave the sash windows open for air and to hear the sea. Breakfast was hot and excellent and it’s right next to 2 restaurants with a corner shop behind. The main Sandy beach is only 10 minutes away and the shops are only 15 minutes away Perfect

Alec and Sue were friendly, welcoming hosts. Shampoo etc was provided in the room. The room was clean, the towels were soft and fluffy. The breakfast was delicious. Wish they had done an evening meal, but for the price, it was terrific. Looking forward to going again in November.

Loved the location, close to beach, town, train station and buses. Breakfast was lovely and staff friendly. We had room at back and could hear a lot of traffic noise even when window closed. Didn’t bother us too much as we were out all day.
