Room smelled of mold. Vent in bathroom was hanging and broken. AC barely worked. Blood on wall between beds. Flip lock on door was missing components. Staff was rude.

Worst experience ever. They must have paid for the positive reviews. This should not even be a 2 star motel. Booked 4 nights. Got to the room late and nothing had been cleared. Bathroom has mold. There was hair and bugs in the bed, kitchen and bathroom. Pulled the sheets back to find the bed full of bedbugs. Went to complain to the front desk and was told I can have another set of sheets. I will be posting pictures as proof. The next morning went to speak to management about getting refund for 3 nights. Was told I had to contact Expedia. Contacted Expedia who then contacted the hotel. Hotel manager refused to refund the 3 nights. This hotel is a health risk. You have been warned.

This place is horrible. Had the jacuzzi suite and there was no hot water. Mgt said since I booked with Expedia that I would have to contact them for any complaints. NO HOT WATER.

They charged me for 2 guests when it was only me cuzvi said id have guests and then when i had to be pikedvup my friend came inside because i wasnt ready n they immediately started calling me telling that i couldn’t have any guests and if i did i had to pay cash 10$ per visitor! I told them i was leaving n it was my ride n they said no i couldnt i told them then y did they make me pay for an ectra person n she told me i had to pay for guest ir get out!!! I ended up leaving n paying the 10 because i she would not stop harassing me and yelling and threatening to call police! The nxt day i came back and asked fir key since i had forgot mine at my cousins again the man there told ne no that i needed to go get the jeys in my room n then he would give me another one i told him how was i getting in n he told me hoyse keeping would let me in! I told him i paid for my room to give me key he started yelling n telling me that it was my fault cuz i bookedvonline and not with them. He told me to get out of there hotel so i took my things and left i dont think i should hsve to pay when i was practically kicked out and not able to stay they wouldnt.stop harrassing me

I stayed in the jetted tub room, and, Oh My WORD, so much more than I expected! An entire room for a tub that could hold 4! And the rest of the room was amazing. The staff were so friendly! I will stay here next time I am in town!

Room was comfortable but couldn't adjust air. There was no coffee or extra conveniences offered. Service at the desk was rude and not friendly at all.

Blanket on the bed is thin, pillows are hard and uncomfortable, room was dimly lit because there are no lamps on the night stands. heat light in the bathroom was replaced with a florescent light. Hotel provided soap was so cheap it was like prison soap.

I left the horel for a day and a half to go up to the family farm when i returned all the food I had left in the refrigerator and on top of the refrigerator was gone they said they thought i checked out the stuff i left in the shower still there but all the food was gone that to me is theft i would not recommend them to anybody will not ever go back even though its only a couple of blocks from other family I was there to see i paid for the week means i am there for the week wether i am in the room or not if i was gonna chexk out early i would jave come told them

Decent price. It was over 100 degrees and the pool was drained and closed. Luckily I brought my own soap and shampoo because the offered ones were garbage. All rooms had old furniture right outside the rooms and not taken away. Thin walls.
