Seemed to be old hotel, but clean. Was quiet enough, even we had a window to the busy street, but the isolation was very good. There was air condition, but we couldn't use it as it was shut down. We traveled in beginning of April, so it was quit warm for us to sleep without air condition, but managed as we kept the window open until we got to sleep. We had a room for four people and the shape of the room means that two people can enjoy the air condition (when it works), but the two others probably not, as there is toilet between the two rooms that block the cold air.
Breakfast was quit good.
The best part of the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff and the location is right in the middle of streets with shops and restaurants. And tram is very close (5 min walk). It was cheaper hotel then many other and I think we got what we payed for, so I would recommend it.
