Overall good hotel

Overall it’s a very nice hotel and good staff. The room was spotless and spacious but the bed is definitely on the firmer side, which my back didn’t care for. Good options at breakfast and everything was tasty.

It was easy access from the highway. We arrived late and called a couple of times to let them know we would be arriving late. It took almost 30 minutes to get us a room because she wasn’t sure what rooms were available. Other than that the stay was a good overnight stay.

One thing after another….

The room was comfortable. However, the microwave’s door had to be pushed shut again at the top of door to make it work. The thermostat on the wall didn’t work.. but did on the AC unit, the telephone didn’t work and there was so much “clunking” from the floor above us.. had to move to another room in order to sleep.

Manger does nothing

Bed was broke door wood not lock did no door was not locking tell 2 days so my stuff in my room and my child was u safe in room unlocked. Bed was frame was broke and manger never came to talk to us I need full refund not ok

No Spoons!

Went downstairs for breakfast Sunday morning. There was no orange juice, only 2 of 3 cereal selections available, no plates (more were brought out as soon as this was mentioned), and no spoons. Another guest asked the breakfast worker about the missing spoons and he replied that they ran out of spoons on Thursday and he informed management. How hard is it to send someone to Walmart and get a couple of packs of plastic spoons? Absolutely unacceptable!

Needs some work

Room and elevator had strange old odor. Water damage in bathroom unrepaired. Shower curtain too short. Water all on floor. Breakfast starting late 7am. Many people waiting at 6:20-6:36. We left before eating. One of reasons for staying was free breakfast.

New building in safe place and close to restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable but microwave oven was broke and it was brought to the front desk attention. Outdoor swim pool was closed even though temperature reached 93 F but that was OK because it was middle of October. Breakfast was not as good as previous stays at Fairfield Inns. This is apparently a trend in all hotels these days. OJ machine was not working and I had to remind them to make a coffee as it was cold. Overall comfortable and service was acceptable and I recommend it for future stay.

Locks on the outside of the building were broken, could not get back in with key card. Was told by staff that they were aware of it and the batteries would be replaced the next day. There were beer cans left in the trash from an earlier guest. There were a pair of socks in the bedsheets from an earlier guest. The water was brown (was told it was a city issue). The stopper in the bottom of the shower/tub would not stay open to let the shower water drain. Overall, just a very poor stay and no attention paid to maintenance.
