The staff are very friendly, accommodating, courteous, always around to give a helping hand. The breakfast buffet were fresh every morning and lots to choose from. Plenty of towels and toiletries needs. The staff are very happy to serve.

Overall experience: awesome. The staff, particularly Argen ( not sure about the spelling) went out and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was great. Room was spic and span, and the AC worked great to our liking. Will recommend this place to travelers who are on budget without compromising quality.

Great friedly place to stay. Pros.....close to beach. Central to get everywhere. Staff works hard to clean, great, and make every effort to make your stay wonderfull. Cons.....limited hot water for showering. Personally it was hot out and cool showers were fine for me. I would definitely stay here again if i return

outside property is not so appealing, its not ocean front but just about 2 minutes walk to the ocean. What amazed me is the staff. They are super friendly. It will surpass everyone expection. It feels a genuine service , not just because its their job. Overall I trully recommend this place.

NOT SAFE. MY MOM AND SISTER LEFT THEIR PHONES IN THE HOTEL ROOM BECAUSE THEY DON’T WANT TO BRING IT DURING THE WATER ACTIVITIES. WHEN THEY COME BACK AT THE ROOM THE ROOM IS CLEAN AND THE SIM CARD IN THEIR PHONES IS NOT THEIRS ANYMORE. THEY JUST NOTICE IT AFTER THEY GOT BACK TO MANILA. THEIR PHONE IS NOT WORKING / DATA EVEN IF THEY HAVE A PLAN. IT TURNS OUT THAT SOMEBODY FROM THE HOTEL STAFF SWITCHED THEIR SIMCARD. ITS NOT OKAY! THAT IS THEFT. AND MAYBE THEY ARE PLANNING TO USE THE SIM CARD NUMBER TO SCAM PEOPLE FOR GCASH AND TO OPEN THE BANK ACCOUNT OF MY MOM. PLEASE ACT ON THIS MANAGEMENT!!! Review the CCTV who enter our room! Kf you dont act on this incident, I will report your hotel. Thanks.
